I would have never thought that in a million years I would promote a Nintendo game. Well, I am and if you have Multiple Sclerosis, you might want to consider purchasing the Nintendo DS, the average prices is $129.00. Believe me it will be worth the money because you can play the following two games that help MS’ers with their Cognitive and Vision.
I believe Brain Age is good for our Cognitive
I also believe Flash Focus is good for our Vision.
You do not have to have MS to enjoy the above two games, it is also good if you are getting up in AGE :)

This is such a great recommendation! I have found a lot of utility and fun with my Nintendo Wii. This actually provides a nice chance for some physical exercise as well. Amazingly therapeutic!
Thanks for the comments on the steroids. I actually prefer the IV over 3 days of 20 pills per day. Same dosage, just a different methodology. It seems to have worked for my vertigo. I am all done with my 3 day course (thank God I don't have to do that for the rest of my life). It's only the second time I have been on steroids since I have been diagnosed in 2002. I had optic neuritis in both eyes (one trying to heal, one just starting) and it an IV course was the only way I could bring my vision back. Worked like a charm.

I thought I read you would be on steroids for life...good to know you are not. I also prefer the IV.
You will enjoy the game and notice immediately how the game works your brain.
